Terms of use

These terms apply to the EventCatch website and app. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are and what we do

EventCatch is operated by EventCatch. Contact: support@eventcatch.app.

EventCatch is an event search engine. We show event facts (name, date, time and venue) from licensed sources and link to the official seller’s website.

We do not sell tickets or organise events. You buy from the seller, under the seller’s terms, and the seller handles payment, cancellations, refunds and customer service.

Accuracy

We update our listings at least once a day, but dates, venues and availability can change. Please check the details on the seller’s page before you buy or travel. The seller’s page is always the final word.

Adult-only events are marked “18+”. Checking age and entry rules is the responsibility of the visitor and the organiser.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, the seller may pay us a commission. This does not change your price, and it does not affect the order in which events are listed.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for your own, personal search for events.

You may not copy the site by automated means (scraping), get around technical limits, harm the site or its servers, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Our design, code and the text we write belong to EventCatch. Event names, images and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown under the source’s licence.

Rights holders and organisers who want information corrected or removed can write to support@eventcatch.app. We handle such requests within 24 hours.

Copyright complaints (notice and takedown)

If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright or another right of yours, send us a written notice at support@eventcatch.app. Please include: (1) the work or right you believe is infringed; (2) a link to the page on our site and what exactly on it infringes; (3) your name, address, phone number and email; (4) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law; (5) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; (6) your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a complete notice, we review it. If it is well founded, we remove or block the content promptly (usually within 24 hours) and inform the source of the content where needed. If details are missing, we will ask you to complete them.

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your explanation and contact details, and we will review it.

We remove sources and users that infringe rights repeatedly.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the event itself, for its cancellation or changes, for tickets bought from another seller, or for loss caused by relying on information that has changed.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived, in Israel or in the country where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms, the new version will be published on this page. We will announce material changes clearly on the site before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of your local law and may also bring a claim there.
